Gemstone Janitorial was started because I was unsatisfied with the level of service from other cleaning companies. At the time, I had been serving as a director on my condo board for two years and it was a constant struggle trying to get consistent, quality cleaning service for the building. Eventually, after a great deal of toil trying to work with different cleaners, I'd had enough and decided it was time to start my own cleaning business.
Serving on a condo board and working with a property manager for those two years gave me the understanding to know exactly what building residents and property managers look for in a cleaning company. Quality service and reliable delivery of that service. My goal with Gemstone Janitorial is to provide exactly that!
